摘　　要：水利工程建设在促进经济发展的同时,给社会和生态环境带来了严重的负面影响,本文主要阐述了水利工程环境影响的特点,在认真分析水利工程对环境产生影响的基础上,提出了一些关于降低不利影响的控制或防治措施。At the same time of promoting economic development,water conservancy construction has brought the serious negative impact on the ecological environment and the society.This paper mainly expounds the characteristics of the environmental impact of water conservancy projects,the careful analysis based on the impact of water conservancy projects on the environment,proposing some measures to control or prevent the adverse effect.
