摘  要:目的:评价硅橡胶纳米铁显影复合材料的体外血液相容性。方法:将硅橡胶纳米铁材料剪成0.5cm×0.5cm的小块,取1g经生理盐水浸泡后置于枸橼酸钠抗凝的全血中,于37℃培养箱倾斜旋转的培养器上,以30r/min旋转,30min后取出,分别进行血细胞分析、凝血分析及血清总补体(CH50)的检测,以硅橡胶和空白做对照。结果:血液与硅橡胶纳米铁接触后,血浆凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体浓度与硅橡胶和对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);白细胞、红细胞数量与硅橡胶和对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);血小板数量与硅橡胶和对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液中的CH50、C3、C5活性与硅橡胶和对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硅橡胶纳米铁显影复合材料与血液有良好的相容性。Objective. To evaluate compatibility of silicone rubber nano-iron development compos ite material with extracorporeal blood. Methods. Silicone rubber nano-iron development composite materi al was cut into 0.5 cm ×0.5 cm pieces. One gram was soaked in saline and placed in sodium citrate anti coagulated blood. Then it was placed in a 37 o C incubator tilt rotation cultivation device, r/rain for 30 min. Hematology analyzer, coagulation analysis and detection of serum total performed. Silicone rubber and blank were used as control group. Results. There was no ence in concentration of prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, fiber and rotated at 30 complement was significant differ- fibrinogen, D-di- mer, serum CHS0, C3 or C5 between test group and silicone rubber and the blank group (P〈0.05) There was no significant difference in leukocyte, red blood cell between test group and silicone rubber and the blank group (P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in platelets between test group and sili- cone rubber and the blank group (P〈0.05). Oonclusion. Silicone rubber nano-iron might have good blood compatibility.
