神经节苷脂联合糖神合剂治疗糖尿病性末梢神经炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析神经节苷脂联合糖神合剂治疗糖尿病性末梢神经炎的疗效。方法:将122例末梢神经炎患者随机分为两组,A组60例进行常规治疗,B组62例给予神经节苷脂+糖神合剂治疗,观察两组治疗效果及血脂指标变化。结果:B组治疗总有效率为88.71%,高于A组(71.67%)(P<0.05);B组运动神经、感觉神经传导速度均快于A组(P<0.05);治疗后B组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂与糖神合剂中西医结合治疗糖尿病性末梢神经炎可促进神经功能恢复,改善脂质代谢,临床应推广使用。Objective： To analyze the effect of ganglioside combined Tangshen preparation on the treatement for diabetic peripheral neuritis. Methods. A total of 122 cases of peripheral neuritis were ran- domly divided into two groups. 60 cases in A group were given routine therapy, while 62 cases in B group were given gangliosides＋Tangshen preparation therapy. Treatment effects and changes in lipid parameters of two groups were observed and compared. Results： Total effective rate of B group was 88.71G, higher than in A group of 71.67% （P〈0.05） ; motor nerve, sensory nerve conduction velocity of B group were faster than A group （P〈0.05） ; TC , TG, LDL-C level of B group were lower than that in A group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion. Ganglioside and Tangshen preparation can promote the recovery of neurological func- tion, improve lipid metabolism in the treatment for diabetic peripheral neuritis. It is worthy clinical appli- cation.
