布地萘德配伍复方异丙托溴铵治疗小儿哮喘急性发作疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨布地萘德配伍复方异丙托溴铵治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2010年2月～2011年4月问收治的哮喘急性发作患儿140例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各70例，观察组采用布地萘德配伍复方异丙托溴铵氧驱动雾化吸入治疗，对照组采用沙丁胺醇悬液氧驱动雾化吸入治疗，两组患儿均每天治疗2次，观察治疗前及治疗1周后两组患儿血气指标及肺功能变化。结果：两组患儿治疗后血气、肺功能指标较治疗前均有显著改善（P〈0．05），观察组血气、肺功能指标改善较对照组更为显著，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：布地萘德配伍复方异丙托溴铵治疗小儿哮喘，疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。Objective. To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with compound isopropyl bromide on children asthma. Methods= A total of 140 children with acute asthma from 2010.2 to 2011.4 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Children in the treatment group were given the budesonide combined with compound isopropyl bromide oxygen atomization inhalation therapy, chil- dren in control group with albuterol suspension liquid oxygen aerosol inhalation treatment twice a day. Blood gas index and pulmonary function changes were observed and compared between two groups before and one week after treatment. Results： In two groups, blood gas and lung function indexes were signifi- cantly improved after treatment （P〈0.05）, blood gas and lung function index were improved more signif- ieantly in treatment group than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Budesonide combined with compound isopropyl bromide is effective in treatment of infantile asthma. It is worthy clinical application.
