摘  要:以锂皂石为保护胶,磷酸盐为降黏剂制备水性多彩涂料,探讨了磷酸盐系降黏剂对凝胶彩粒形态及水性多彩涂料贮存稳定性、施工稳定性的影响。使用Zeta电位分析仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪对分散介质进行测试,结果表明磷酸盐系降黏剂分散锂皂石时,二者以氢键的形式结合;分散介质Zeta电位的绝对值越大,多彩涂料体系黏度稳定性越好;当锂皂石浓度为2%和焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠等比例复配作为降黏剂且浓度为0.3%时,水性多彩涂料体系的稳定性优良。The water-borne multicolor coating was prepared with the hectorite as protective colloid and the phosphate as viscosity depressant. The effect of phosphate viscosity depressant on colorful granules shape, and the storage performance and application performance of the coating were probed. Dispersion medium was studied by FT-IR. The results indicated that when phosphate viscosity depressant dispersed hectorite, they both combined together in the form of hydrogen bond. The greater absolute value of Zeta potential of dispersion medium was, the better stability of viscosity of the coating will be. When the concentration of hectorite was 2%, the concentration of viscosity depressant, which was compounded by sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate in 0. 3% same proportions, and the stability of the coating was excellent.
