摘 要:采用硝酸镍溶液对聚丙烯腈碳毡进行修饰处理,通过循环伏安法研究了修饰后材料在钒电池中的电化学性能。结果表明,处理后的碳毡具有较好的电化学性能,对于负电对具有电化学可逆性,适合用作钒液流电池的负极材料;处理后碳毡的耐腐蚀性也有明显的改善。SEM和EDS表明,处理后,镍离子与碳毡成功结合,成为碳纤维表面活性物质,显著的提高了碳毡的性能。The electrochemical properties of carbon felt modified by nickel ions were investigated by means of cyclic voltammograms (CV) . The results showed that the treated carbon felt which was suitable for cathode materials of vanadium flow batteries had better electrochemical performance. Meanwhile, the carbon felt electrode reaction was electrochemically reversible after treatment. The corrosion resistance of carbon felt was significantly improved after treatment. SEM and EDS showed that the nickel ions which improved the performance of the carbon felt significantly combined with carbon felt successfully, that became the carbon fiber surface active substances.
