摘 要:膜法回收有机废气技术在国内外日益得到人们的重视。目前,膜法回收有机蒸气技术的首要研究重点仍然在于高性能分离膜的开发。聚醚嵌段酰胺(poly(ether block amide),PEBA)作为一种新型的膜材料,逐渐引起国内外学者的重视。本研究利用PEBA膜渗透分离庚烷蒸气-N2混合气,来考察PEBA膜在多种工况下对庚烷蒸气的渗透分离性能。实验结果表明:高温有利于气体的渗透,低温有利于提高混合气的分离度;膜两侧压差的增大有利于混合气体渗透率的增大;薄的分离层更有利于提高膜的渗透性能,而分离度没有太大变化。The membrane separation technology for the recovery of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is always a hot topic in the field of purification and separation for air pollution control. At present, the research of the membrane sepa- ration technology is mainly foeused on the development of the membrane with high-performance separation property. Poly (ether block amide) (PEBA), as a new membrane material, gradually is attracting the attention of the domestic and over- seas scholars. The penetration and separation properties of PEBA membrane for separating the n-C7 H16 vapor-N2 mixture were investigated under different conditions. The experimental results showed that high temperature was more beneficial to the penetration of the vapor, while low temperature was better for the separation of the vapor-N2. The increase of the pres- sure difference between the two sides of the membrane helped increase the permeability of the mixtures, the thin separation layer could improve the permeability of the membrane.
