摘  要:以对苯二甲酸和癸二胺为单体,采用一步熔融缩聚法合成了耐高温尼龙PA10T。采用特性黏数测试,傅里叶红外光谱分析,差示扫描量热法和热重分析对产物进行了表征分析。结果表明:该法获得的PA10T具有优良的热性能,当PTA摩尔分数为50%时,起始降解温度为423.8℃,热分解温度为460.1℃,熔点为312.71℃。该方法合成PA10T在简化了生产流程,降低了生产成本。Taking decenadiamine and terephthalic acid as the monomer, using one-step method, PA10T was synthe- sized through the process of high temperature melt polycondensation. The structure and thermal properties were characterized by means of intrinsic viscosity, FTIR, DSC and TG. Results showed that the PA10T had well heat resistance properties,when the concentration of PTA was 50% (mole fraction)the initial degradation temperature of PA10T was 423.8℃, degradation temperature was 460. 1℃ and its melting temperature was 312.71℃. This method effectively reduced the production costs.
