三层机织大提花披巾的开发及CAD技术应用

摘　　要：介绍了三层机织大提花披巾开发及CAD技术在产品设计中的应用,研究原料、纱线、经纬密度、后整理工艺对织物性能的影响,分析织物组织、花型、染色方式的选择对于提高生产管理、减少成本、提高效益的作用。特别对CAD技术意匠设计中彩稿输入、勾边、纬纱排列、建立意匠色与轧孔规律对应关系、梭箱升降设计、纹板文件设计作了详细描述。CAD技术作为现代化高科技设计工具在开发中的应用是增强产品市场竞争力的有效手段。Introduced the developing of wool scarf of three-layer jacquard and its application by CAD technology in detail, including how to design the raw mater, yarn,warp ＆ weft density and finishing for increase the function of fabric, how to choose the fabric construction, pattern, dyeing for improve production management ＆ reduce the coast to efficiency. Specially described the congruent relationship of the hole rule with draft input, crisperding, weft array, the color of drafting, the shuttle-box moving and jacquard documents in CAD. Applying CAD technology as a high-tech design tool is an effective means to enhance the competitiveness in product market.
