摘　　要：要想控制好匹染毛呢成品的颜色,必须详细了解客户的要求:如颜色倾向、牢度要求和环保要求;认真分析样品确定染料和助剂,及时与客户沟通并与客户达成一致意见,降低订单风险。从接单时色牢度指标、环保指标的分析、染料的选择、化验室小样的制作,以及生产过程中如何提高大小样符样情况,工艺的制定、设备的选择、染料的称量、工人操作等多个方面来采取措施控制颜色,同时还特别指出工艺人员要根据不同的风格及时调整颜色深度和色光倾向,使最终产品颜色达到客户要求。In order to control piece dyeing woollen product color, we must carefully know customers＇ requires, such as： color trend, colorfastness and environmental requires; then seriously analysis samples to confirm fuel and auxiliaries. Because not all fuels and auxiliaries can reach customers＇ requires, when they can＇t do so, we should communicate with customers to reach consensus and reduce the order risk. The article takes measures to control colors from the following aspects： order colorfastness indexes, environmental requires＇ analyses, fuel choice, laboratory making swatches, how to improve sample and bulk product＇ scoincidence situation, process formulation, equipment choice, fuel measurement, worker operation etc. Meanwhile, in particular, technician should adjust color deep and light trend according to products＇ different style and make end products reach customers＇ requires.
