摘 要:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者小动脉弹性指数(C2)水平与各项风险因素的关系。纳入我院心血管内科于2010年1月~2013年7月间收治的AMI患者,并纳入同期入院的不稳定心绞痛(UA)患者作为对照组,收集相关临床资料,比较不同C2水平与相关指标的关联性发现:C2等11项危险因素存在显著差异,经多因素Logistic回归分析得出低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、超敏肌钙蛋白I(c-TNI)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血清脂联素(APN)、Cz等六项指标是AMI患者的独立、敏感影响因素。单因素方差分析显示,不同cz水平时LDL—C、c—TNI、APN的组间资料有统计学差异。一元线性回归分析显示LDL-C与C2呈显著负相关,APN与C2呈显著正相关,而C-TNI与c:无显著相关性,FIB、HDL—C与C2呈非线性相关。The goal of this study is to explore the relationship between the level of small artery elasticity index (C2) and various risk factors in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Investigation of our hospital cardiovascular medicine department AMI and UA patients were treated, during January 2010 to July 2013. Collecting relevant clinical data of the two groups were compared for differences in risk factors, using multivariate logistic regression analysis in which screening independent, Comparing the different levels and related indicators C2 relevance. Significant differences exist 11 risk factors by multivariate logistic regression analysis, LDL-C, FIB, c-TNI, HDL-C, APN, C2 and other six indicators are independent of patients with AMI, sensitivity factors. Univariate analysis of variance showed that different C2 levels LDL-C, c-TNI, APN information between the groups were statistically different. A linear regression analysis showed that LDL-C and C2 showed a significant negative correlation, TNI and C2 was no significant correlation, FIB, HDL-C APN and C2 was a significant positive correlation, while the c- and C2 non-linear correlation.
