摘　　要：目的：探讨剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良的发病因素、诊治方法及预防措施。方法：对我院2006年1月～2011年12月收治的剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良患者20例临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：围手术期感染、产程异常为主要原因。结论：通过B超可进行早期诊断，加强产前及产时监护，提高产科质量是预防剖宫产术后子宫切口愈合不良的根本措施。Objective：To explore the causes, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the uterine incision ab- normal healing after caesarian section. Methods： The data of 20 cases of uterine incision abnormal healing after caesarian section from 2006, 01 to 2011, 12 were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Factors is perioperative infec- tions and abnormal labor stages. Conclusion： B - ultrasonography can helpful early diagnosis. The radical preven- tion is to strength monitorin~ and imorove the obstetric level.
