摘　　要：目的:探讨重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染高危因素和预防控制措施。方法:对ICU所发生医院感染进行回顾分析。结果:ICU医院感染多见于呼吸道、泌尿道、血管内导管相关感染、手术切口的感染。结论:加强预防控制医院感染措施,严格执行无菌操作,合理应用抗生素,加强消毒隔离,是控制医院感染的主要措施。Objective：Discussion on intensive care unit （ICU） control measures of risk factors and preven- tion of nosocomial infection. Method： The incidence of hospital infection were retrospectively analyzed on ICU. Result： In respiratory tract, urinary tract, intravascular catheter related infection, operation incision infection in hospital infection in ICU. Conclusion： Strengthening the prevention of hospital infection control measures, strict implementation of aseptic operation, reasonable application of antibiotics, strengthen the disinfection and isola- tion, is the main measures of hospital infection control.
