高频电容场技术联合内痔分段结扎术治疗重度混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨高频电容场技术（HcPT）联合内痔分段结扎术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，将100例重度混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例。治疗组采用HCPT联合内痔分段结扎术治疗，对照组仅采用HCPT治疗，对比两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、总体疗效、术后痔核脱落时间、创面愈合时间，以及术后疼痛、出血、渗液及肛缘水肿情况。结果显示，两组患者总体疗效差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但治疗组在术中出血量、手术时间、术后痔核脱落时间、创面愈合时间及术后疼痛、出血、渗液、肛缘水肿方面均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05或P〈0．01。结果表明，HCPT联合内痔分段结扎术治疗重度混合痔疗效确切、安全可靠，而且创面愈合快，术后并发症少，值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effects of high-frequency capacitance technology （HCPT） combined with segmental ligation for internal hemorrhoids in the treatment of severe mixed hem- orrhoid. The 100 patients with this hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control one,50 cases for each group; the former received the combination therapy, meanwhile control one only HCPT ; then intraoprative bleeding volume, operation time, general therapeutic effects, hemorrhoids defluvi- um time after operation, time for wound-surface healing, and the status of pain, bleeding, transudation as well ano-edge edema in both groups were compared and analysed. As results,except for whole therapeutic effects of both groups having no statistical difference between both groups （ P〉0. 05）, in other items treatment group was all superior to control one（ P〈0.05, or P %0.01）. Above results show that the combination therapy in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids has definite effect, faster healing for wound-surface and less complication,and it is safe and feasible,thus worthy to be popularized clinically.
