摘 要:通过有限元软件,对轴流压缩机机壳的静力及热稳态运行时的温度场、应力场和变形场进行了有限元分析。静力分析结果显示,机壳在静载作用下的变形及应力均不大,满足设计要求。热应力分析表明:机壳大部分区域等效应力较低,中腔到排气腔的过渡处及排气腔法兰处应力较高,最大应力值为922MPa,超过了材料的屈服强度;机壳在热膨胀的作用下,排气腔直径扩张19mm左右,并且,机壳有较大的轴向伸长,应加强机壳相应部位的强度及刚度,保证机壳安全可靠地运行。分析结果为轴流压缩机机壳的优化提供了参考。temperature Static analysis and the filed, stress field and deformation filed of axial compressor casing under the condition of hot steady-state operation were analyzed by the finite element software. Static analysis results show that the deformation and the stress of casing under static loading are not too large and meet the design requirements. Thermal stress analysis show that most areas of the casing have a low stress, the transition of middle chamber and discharge chamber and discharge chamber flange has a relative large stress, the maximum stress is 922MPa, which exceeds the yield strength of the material. The diameter of the casing's discharge chamber increases about 19mm due to the thermal expansion, and the casing occurs greater axial elongation. Strength and stiffness of casing should be improved to ensure that the casing can be able to operate safely and reliably. The analysis results of the axial compressor casing provide a strong reference for the optimization of it.
