摘 要:【目的】研究18F-FDG PET与CT对兔肝VX2肿瘤模型放疗后疗效评价的差异。【方法】48只肝右叶荷VX2肿瘤的新西兰兔随机分成4组,每组12只,分别为对照组(非放疗组)、10、15和20 Gy放疗组,所有试验兔于放疗前及放疗后1、7、14 d行18FFDG PET/CT扫描,测定肿瘤体积和最大标准化摄取值(SUVmax)。【结果】放疗前各组肿瘤体积及SUVmax值均无统计学差异(P>0.05);此后对照组肿瘤的体积及SUVmax均持续上升。3个放疗组放疗1 d后SUVmax均较放疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而肿瘤体积均无明显变化(P>0.05)。3个放疗组放疗7 d后SUVmax及肿瘤体积均较1 d时下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个放疗组放疗14 d后SUVmax均较7 d时无明显变化(P>0.05);而肿瘤体积均有明显下降(P<0.05)。【结论】VX2肿瘤放疗后1 d时18F-FDG PET检查即可出现SUVmax的显著下降,可在肿瘤体积改变之前早期评估其对放疗的反应。[ Objective ] To study the differences of post-radiotherapy effect evaluated by both 18F-FDG PET and CT on rabbit models bearing VX2 liver tumor. [Methods] Forty-eight New Zealand white rabbits, whose right lobes of the liver were implanted with VX2 tumor tissue, were randomly divided into four groups(12 rabbits each): one control group (non-radiotherapy group) and another three groups with different radiation doses (10 Gy, 15 Gy and 20 Gy). The tumor volume and SUVmax (maximum standardized uptake value) were respectively measured on all the rabbits through both 18F-FDG PET and CT before radiotherapy and at 1 d, 7 d and 14 d after. [ Results ] There were no significant differences in tumor volume or SUVmax among all groups before radiotherapy (P 〉 0.05). The tumor volume and SUVmax in control group both increased gradually, but in three radiotherapeutic groups, SUVmax decreased obviously at 1 d (P 〈 0.05), while no distinct variations were found in the tumor volume (P 〉 0.05). Compared with those at 1 d, both SUVmax and tumor volume in three radiotherapeutic groups descended at 7 d (P 〈 0.05). However, at 14 d, the SUVmax in three radiotherapeutic groups d/splayed no statistical differences (P 〉 0.05), hut the their tumor volume decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05), when compared with those at 7 d. [ Conclusion ] The SUVmax significantly decreased in rabbit models bearing VX2 liver tumor at 1 d after radiotherapy, which could be used to evaluate the response of the disease to radiotherapy before the change of tumor volume.
