摘 要:近年来人们对脑外伤后继发性损伤的研究越来越深入,继发性损伤主要表现为脑水肿、脑肿胀、脑微循环障碍等。这是一个非常复杂的生物化学过程,各种损伤途径彼此间错综联系、相互影响,共同发挥作用。通过研究发现,脑外伤后微循环改变、氧自由基产生、神经递质释放、炎症因子损伤等途径在继发性损伤中起重要作用。对它们的研究可进一步揭示颅脑外伤的病理发展过程,对诊断治疗也有参考作用。In recent years, more and more researches have been done in secondary injury after brain trauma, secondary injury showed mainly cerebral edema, progressive intracranial hypertension , cerebral contusion , ischemia and hypoxia, acidosis. This is a very complex biochemical process, various factors are not to bring into play singly, but to interact one another. From the study, we found that oxygen free radicals, neurotransmitters and inflammatory cytokines play important role in secondary injury. The research on secondary injury can reveal the pathological process of occurrence and development, which seem to be able used for the diagnosis and treatment.
