摘  要:随着生活习性和环境的改变,皮肤类疾病已严重影响了大众的生活质量。为了阐明人类疾病的发病机制和药物的治疗效果,近些年来在动物体内模拟相关疾病已取得了很大进展。尤其是小鼠模型因为其体型小、占地面积少、实验周期短、子代繁多、可近亲交配和品系的可遗传性、免疫学研究方法丰富、鼠类的免疫系统和皮肤生理学机制明确等优点使得其成为最佳的病理机制研究模型。本研究对近年来小鼠模拟人类变应性皮炎模型的研究进展进行综述。With the changing of living habits and environment, skin diseases have a serious impact on the quality of public's life. Animal models for human diseases are very important for examining the mechanisms involved in as well as for constructing treatment strategies for the diseases. Many animal models have been established and utilized widely. Due to it's small size, fewer floor space, short experimental period, offspring range, possible for inbreeding, hereditary, rich in immunology research methods and the immune system and skin physiology is clear, the mice model have been the best model for studying pathological mechanism. The aim of this article is to review on mice mimic human allergic dermatitis model in the recent years.
