摘　　要：危重症患者多处于严重的应激状态,伴有肠功能衰竭、严重的营养不良、免疫功能下降。早期肠内营养支持治疗可有效改善患者的肠道功能,调节机体的免疫功能状态,减少并发症的发生,改善预后。现对近年来肠内营养在危重症患者中的应用做一综述。Most critically ill patients are in a state of severe stress. They always have intestinal function failure, low immune status and severe malnutrition. Early enteral nutrition may improve the patient＇s intestinal function, regulate immune function, reduce complica- tions and improve the prognosis. This essay is a review the effect of early enteral nutrition in citically ill patients.
