摘 要:采用固相法制备钒酸锂(Li3VO4),研究产物作为锂离子电池负极材料的电化学性能。在500℃时煅烧制备的样品,循环稳定性良好,以0.1mA/cm2的电流密度在3.00—0.02V循环,第70次循环的充、放电比容量均保持在405.1mAh/g。煅烧温度对产物的比容量有影响,在400℃、600℃时煅烧制备的样品,第70次循环的充电比容量分别为108.8mAh/g、40.5mAh/g,放电比容量分别为109.9mAh/g、40.5mAh/g。Li3V04的电化学性能与纯度、尺寸有关。Lithium vanadate( Li3 VO4 )was prepared by solid-state reaction method, the electrochemical performance of product as anode material for Li-ion battery was studied. Li3VO4 prepared via calcining at 500 ℃ exhibited fine cycle stability, its specific charge and discharge capacities in the 70th cycle were both 405. 1 mAh/g when cycled at a current density of 0. 1 mA/em2 in 3.00 -0. 02 V. The specific capacities of product was affected by calcining temperature,the specific charge capacities in the 70th cycle of sample prepared by calcining at 400 ℃ and 600 ℃ were 108. 8 mAh/g and 40. 5 mAh/g,respectively,the specific discharge ca- pacity were 109. 9 mAh/g and 40. 5 mAh/g,respectively.
