Taking R & D industry to solve the predicament of Chinese basic research in R & D

摘　　要：从政府、企业以及基础研究自身特点分析了导致这种困局的主要原因,并结合当代研发活动的产业化趋势,提出通过研发产业,鼓励一大批独立型研发企业(或机构)的创建与发展,可以将基础研究的成果直接转化为经济效益,获得自身的"造血"功能,并可以将直接的经济收益再投入基础研究等R&D活动中,促进原始性创新的发生,形成一种开放式创新的良性循环。同时,研发产业概念的提出,也为我国跨越"死亡之谷"提供了一种有效的路径选择。From the government, enterprises to analysis the main reasons that led to this predicament, and combined with contemporary trends in industrial of R＆D activities, we proposed through the R＆D industry, encouraging the creation and development of independent R＆D enterprises, making the results of basic research converted into economic benefits di- rectly, accessing to their own “lblood” function, and refunding the direct economic benefits into basic research and other R＆D activities, and promoting original innovation occurring, creating an open innovation from virtuous circle. Meanwhile, the R ＆ D industry concept are put forward as an effective path selection for our country crossing the HValley of Death”.
