摘 要:目的了解诊断超声照射对大鼠早孕胚胎组织细胞Caspase-3表达的影响。方法 40只孕7 d SD大鼠随机分为4组,用3.5 MHz超声持续照射腹部子宫体表投影区,分别照射0、10、20、30 min,超声照射后24 h取胚胎组织,用SP免疫组织化学检测Caspase-3蛋白表达。结果超声照射20、30 min组,Caspase-3表达明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论经腹诊断超声持续照射大鼠早孕胚胎超过20 min可使Caspase-3蛋白表达增高,从而可能导致早孕胚胎组织细胞凋亡。Objective To investigate the effect of diagnostic ultrasound exposure on caspase-3 expression of rat embryo cells during early pregnancy. Methods Forty SD rats at 7 days of pregnancy were randomly divided into 4 groups, and the abdominal projection areas of the uteri were irradiated by 3.5 MHz sonography at 0, 10, 20,30 min. Caspase-3 expression of embryo cells was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique at 24 h after ultrasound exposure. Results Caspase-3 expression of embryo cells increased after 20 and 30 rain exposure compared with the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Caspase-3 protein expression of early embryos can be upregnlated when continuous ultrasound exposure is over 20 min, which might result in apoptosis of rat embryo cells during early pregnancy.
