摘　　要：用脂肪酸酰氨与肌氨酸反应合成温和的生物降解性好的N-酰基肌氨酸及其盐表面活性剂。该产品具有乳化、润湿、分散、发泡等优良特性。特别是具有高安全性、低刺激性。该类表面活性剂可以广泛应用在香波、牙膏、矿物浮选、腐蚀抑制等领域。N-acyl sarcosine and the sarcosinates with mild biodegradable anionic surfactants were synthe-sezed from the reaction of fatty acyl chloride and amion acids, with maximum surfactancy such as emulsitying, wetting , dispersing, foaming, especilly their higher safty and lower irritation, using in areas as toothpaste and shampoo formulation, ore flotation, corrosion inhibition and so on.
