摘 要:为科学有效简单地测定各项电气参数,介绍了一种基于炉口电气参数测量的矿热炉负荷监测系统,可以在线监测矿热炉运行过程中的数十种电气参数。给出了系统硬件构成框图,描述其各部分功用;介绍了系统软件的主要功能和主要电气参数的测量原理。从理论层面辨析了该种方式所采集的电气参数相比于传统方式在指导操作方面的合理性,实际应用也证明了基于该种设计理念的监测系统存在着明显的优越性。In order to determine each electric parameter scientifically and briefly, a load measuring system which is based on the t of electrical parameters is introduced in this paper, by which tens of electrical parameters can be monitored on-line as the SAF is running. Diagram of the system hardware is given with functions of every part being described. The main functions of the system software and measuring principle of some electrical parameters are also introduced. The rationality in guiding operation of electrical parameters collected in this way is analyzed at the level of theory, compared to the traditional way. Practical application of the monitoring system based on this design concept also proves its superiority obviously.
