摘　　要：膨润土生产洗涤剂用 4A沸石中废酸液处理工艺是很重要和关键的一部分 ,关系到生产成本及环保达标。该研究提供了三种废酸液处理方法并研究了铵明矾法回收废酸液中铝的原理及工艺条件 。Reclaiming spent acid is a key step i n the manufacture process of deter gent used zeolite 4A from Montmorillonite because it relates not only to the ma nufacture cost of zeolite 4A product but also to the environment problem.This pa per presented with three reclaiming methods and stressed on the method in which the aluminium was reclaimed in form of ammonium alum.It involved the principle.t he effect of conditions,and the material and economic balance.This method proved to be reasonable,effective and economical.
