基于轨迹交叉论的漂流旅游安全事故致因及防范

摘　　要：漂流旅游是一项新兴的体育旅游活动,是现代都市人挑战自然、追求时尚的新锐运动方式,然而它在带给人们惊险刺激的同时也带来了众多的安全事故.主要原因在于漂流者的不安全行为、漂流景区的不安全状态和管理部门的不安全状态3个方面,在时空中形成轨迹交叉,造成了漂流中的安全事故.通过引导漂流者提高安全意识;景区要保证漂流环境安全、提高事故应急能力;管理部门要完善相关法律法规、加强景区监管力度.三管齐下,才能有效地减少漂流安全事故的发生.Rafting tour is an emerging sport tourist activity. It is a cutting-edge sport for modern citizens to challenge nature and pursue fashion. While it brings people a lot of thrill and excitement, it also causes a large number of accidents. The accidents are mainly due to the unsafe behaviors of raftsmen, unsafe conditions of the rafting areas and unsafe conditions of management. It forms crossed track in space and time, causing accidents in rafting. In order to effectively reduce the rafting accidents, the raftsmen should be guided to raise safety awareness; scenic spots ensure environmental safety and improve emergency response capabilities;management departments should improve relevant laws and strengthen supervision.
