摘　　要：文章在调查分析国内数字档案馆知识管理研究成果的基础上,从必要性、涵义、内容、实现机制与策略、实现障碍与对策五大方面,剖析了近十年来国内数字档案馆知识管理研究的主要内容,以及知识组织和知识服务两大研究重点,以期为相关研究提供参考。This article based on the results of Digital Archives Knowledge Management＇ s investigation and analysis in China. Summarized and analyzed the Digital Archives Knowledge Management＇s main content over the past decade, from five aspects ： necessity, meaning, content, implementation mechanisms and strategies, to achieve the obstacles and countermeasures. And analyzed two key aspects ： knowledge organization and knowledge services. Hope it can be helped to some others＇ study.
