摘　　要：面临世界范围内的市场竞争和知识经济的发展,高等院校培养和造就高素质的创新人才刻不容缓。如何培养创新人才,已成为我国高等教育人才培养成功与否的关键性问题。本文阐述了上海应用技术学院材料专业在培养创新人才方面的教学改革实践以及取得的成效。Facing the worldwide competition in the market and the development of knowledge economy, it is very urgent to train and bring up innovative talents with high quality in colleges and universities. How to cultivate innovative talents has become the key to the success of China’s higher education personnel training. This paper expounds the teaching reform practice of training innovative talents of materials major and results in Shanghai Institute of Technology.
