平痘复合剂治疗痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痤疮患者使用5%平痘复合剂凝胶后的临床疗效。方法:选择54例寻常性痤疮患者,采用GAGS评分法分别评价5%平痘复合剂凝胶使用前、使用2周后、使用4周后的皮损改变情况并拍照,最后进行临床疗效评价,研究使用2周后、4周后的临床效果并进行比较。结果:与使用前相比,使用5%平痘复合剂凝胶治疗2周后、4周后,GAGS综合分值分别下降49.2%和65.6%,具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05);使用2周后和4周后的有效率分别达到63.0%和83.0%,两者之间比较具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5%平痘复合剂凝胶治疗痤疮具有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gel with 5% anti-ache compound on patients. Methods At the inception of the study, 54 patients with acne vulgaris were arranged to evaluate the acne severity by GAGS and were photographed by camera EOS60d. After using the gel for 2 and 4 weeks, evaluation was taken as the first time. Subsequently, the clinical effect for 2-week treatment were compared with 4-week treatment. Results Compared with the blank, the GAGS scores,which were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, decreased by 49.2% and 65.6% respectively after using the gel for 2 and 4 weeks; The clinical effective rate were 63.0% and 83.0% respectively ,which were statistically significant （P〈0.05）,after using the gel for 2 and 4 weeks. Conclusions Gel with 5% anti- acne compound has an effective therapy of acne.
