口服白蚀丸联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口服中药联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风的临床疗效及之间的协同作用。方法:将来医院治疗的白癜风患者298例分成三组:对照1组:白蚀丸口服治疗;对照2组:窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗;观察组:白蚀丸口服联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗,治疗3个月后比较疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率、有效率显著高于其他两组(均P<0.01),对照两组之间痊愈率、有效率相比无统计学差异性(均P>0.05)。结论:白蚀丸口服配合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗白癜风与单独治疗相比具有更好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical curative effectthe oral medicine combined narrow spectrum of uvb rays irradiation in the treatment of leukoderma and the synergy between them. Methods To choose leukoderma patients 150 cases from our hosptial, and divided into 3 groups, control group 1 was treated with white corrosion pill oral, control group 2 was treated with the narrow spectrum uvb rays irradiation, observation group was treated with white corrosion pill joint narrow-spectrum oral uvb rays irradiation, compared three groups of therapeutic effect.after treatment forthree months. Results the observation group cure rate and effective rate was significantly higher than other two groups （P〈 0.01 ）,the comparison of cure rate and effective between the two control groups had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion White corrosion pill oral with narrow spectrum uvb rays irradiation in the treatment of leukoderma has better clinical curative effect than single treatment, and was worth of promoting in clinicalion.
