摘　　要：人力资本、社会资本、心理资本综合称为"三维资本",其是能够被投资和使用的资本资源,对于大学生的就业有着积极的意义。在我国特定的社会转型期,提高个体人力资本、拥有丰富的社会资本存量、以及充分发展自身心理资本,则在就业中具有明显的优势,因此,"三维资本"在大学生就业中的作用是尚需充分认识的重要影响因素。The human capital, social capital and psychological capital are referred to as ＂three dimensional capital＂. It is a kind of capital resource which can be invested and utilized, and it has a positive influence on the employment of graduates. During the social transitional period in China, increasing individual human capital, having social capital and developing psychological capital can bring obvious advantage to the employment. The ＂three dimensional capital＂ is an important factor demanding great attention.
