摘　　要：新生代农民工的职业发展与和谐社会的构建和社会公正的实现密切相关,值得全社会的普遍关注,新生代农民工谋求职业发展受多种因素影响,人力资本、社会资本和户籍制度是重要的影响因素,提升人力资本可以增强农民工职业竞争能力,扩展社会资本可以拓宽农民工职业发展的渠道,改革二元户籍制度可以逐步消除农民工职业发展的瓶颈。The development of the new generation of migrant workers＇ career is closely related to the construction of the harmonious society and the realization of the social justice, and it deserves the common attention of the overall society. The development of the new generation of migrant workers＇ career is influenced by many factors, while the human capital, social capital, and the household registration system have becoming the supreme influencing factors. To improve human capital can strengthen the competitive force of the migrant workers; to enlarge the social capital can broaden their developing channel; to reform the binary household registration system can gradually eliminate their career＇s development bottleneck.
