河北省劳动就业公共服务体系建设的对策

摘　　要：河北省高度重视劳动就业公共服务体系建设,就业规模和就业质量不断提高,但仍存在一些问题与不足,进而提出了应从政策制定和就业援助、创业培训、统筹城乡等方面入手,不断加强劳动就业服务和管理,实施基于成本分担的差异化就业公共政策,强化对劳动力普遍实行培训制度,努力保护劳动权益,进一步完善公共就业服务体系,提高公共服务覆盖水平等方面的对策与建议,以期全面提升河北省就业全过程的公共服务能力。Hehei Province attaches great importance to the public employment service system construction, and the scale of employment and job quality continue to improve, but there are still some problems and shortcomings, then the paper puts forward that from policy-making and employment assistance, entrepreneurial training, and other aspects of urban and rural areas, we should continue to strengthen employment services and management, implement public policy of cost-sharing differentiated employment, strengthen the workforce in general practice training system, try to protect labor rights, further improve the public employment service system, and get countermeasures and suggestions of improving public service coverage levels and other aspects to enhance the whole process of public service employment capacity in Hebei Province.
