温针灸疗法对腰椎间盘脱出症患者神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨温针灸疗法对腰椎间盘脱出症患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法：2011年3月～2012年8月共收治腰椎间盘脱出症患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组采用温针灸治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗。应用JOA评分及腰痛功能障碍评价表（ Oswestry ）评价两组患者治疗前和治疗后神经功能情况。结果：治疗组及对照组治疗前JOA评分分别为（10±0．5）分和（10±0．7）分，Oswe-stry治疗前评分分别为（33±4．2）分和（33±3．5）分，两组间无显著性差异（ P＞0．05）。治疗第20天后治疗组与对照组JOA评分分别为（18±1．5）分和（16±2．3）分，Oswestry评分分别为（39±2．8）分和（36±3．3）分；治疗3个月后JOA评分分别为（24±1．8）分和（20±2．6）分，Oswestry评分分别为（16±1．5）分和（19±2．4）分，治疗组均优于对照组，两组相比有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：温针灸疗法可明显改善腰椎间盘脱出症患者的神经功能。Objective：To investigate the influence of the recovery of neurological function treated by warm -needle therapy on lumbar disc herniation .Methods：Patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into two groups randomly：treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group .The treatment group used warm-needle therapy .While the control group used conventional method of acupuncture .We used JOA score and lumbago dysfunction evaluation form to assess the condition of nerve function of the two groups before and after surgery .Results：JOA rates in the treatment group and control group respectively were before treatment （10 ±0.5） score and（10 ±0.7）score and Oswestry before treatment was（33 ±4.2）score and（33 ±3.5）score be-tween the two groups,and there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）.20 days after treatment in the treat-ment group and the control group JOA rates respectively were （ 18 ±1 .5 ） score and （ 16 ±2 .3 ） score , Oswestry scoring was（39 ±2.8） and（36 ±3.3） respectively,after the treatment for three months respectively JOA score was（24 ±1.8）and（20 ±2.6）.Oswestry respectively was（16 ±1.5）score and（19 ±2.4）score,and the results of the treatment group were better than those in the control group .The two groups had a significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Warm-needle therapy can significantly improve the nerve function of patients who suffer from lumbar disc herniation .
