摘　　要：针灸治疗失眠伴抑郁障碍的方式多种多样,如毫针、电针、耳穴等。本文对近10年针灸(含中西医结合)治疗失眠伴抑郁障碍现代文献进行分类综述,肯定了针灸疗法治疗失眠伴抑郁障碍的临床疗效,客观分析了目前研究的问题与不足。希望能引起同道的一些注意,为今后的临床治疗及科研提供决策。There are various ways of acupuncture treatment for insomnia with depressive disorder ,such as fili-form needle,electric acupuncture, auricular point therapy, etc.In this paper, literatures about traditional acu-puncture and moxibustion （ including combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine ） for insomnia with depressive disorder over the last decade are reviewed , confirming the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment on insomnia with depressive disorder ,objectively analyzing problems and deficiencies of the current study .We hope to attract the attention of other colleagues ,and to provide decision making for the clinical treatment and scientific research in the future .
