摘  要:[目的]观察卡泊芬净在体外对棘阿米巴的抑制作用.[方法]用生理盐水作为空白对照,甲硝唑2.0g/L作为阳性对照,观察50,100,500mg/L质量浓度卡泊芬净在体外作用4,8,24,48,72h时观察棘阿米巴生长情况.[结果]与对照组比较,卡泊芬净质量浓度为50,100mg/L时棘阿米巴的生长差异不明显,质量浓度500mg/L、抑制时间4h开始棘阿米巴的生长明显得到抑制.[结论]卡泊芬净质量浓度为500mg/L时在体外对棘阿米巴的生长有抑制和杀伤作用,且效果优于甲硝唑.OBJECTIVE To observe the inhibiting effect of Caspofungin to Acanthamoeba in vitro. METHODS Using saline as control group and 2.0 g/L of metronidazole as positive control group, the growth of Acanthamoeba was observed by culturing with 50,100,500 mg/L of Caspofungin for 4, 8, 24, 48 and 72 h. RESULTS As compared with control group, 50 and 100 mg/L of Caspofungin had no difference in the growth of Acanthamoeba, but 500 mg/L of Caspofungin at 4 h began to inhibited the growth of Acanthamoeba, and its effect was more than the Metronidazole. CONCLUSION 500 mg/L of Caspofungin have inhibitive effects for growth of Acanthamoeba in vitro, and its effect is more than the Metronidazole.
