经外切眼袋入路行中面部提升术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究分析外入路去眼袋手术同时进行其它美容矫正的效果。方法:选取2010年9月至2012年9月期间,在我院治疗的32例面部整形患者,手术方式选用外入路祛眼袋手术,同时进行骨膜下悬吊技术的微创化面中部除皱术,改善中面部衰老松弛问题。结果:31例(96.88%)患者对术后效果十分满意,患者的中面部衰老松弛的问题有明显的改善,下眼袋变得平整,眼袋消失,皱纹及中面部趋于年轻化,32例患者中有1例(3.12%)患者对术后的鼻唇沟改善效果不太满意,后使用自体脂肪移植术充填鼻唇沟,患者对于术后效果表示满意。结论:本方法简单易行,而且具有安全性高、创伤小、恢复快、效果持续时间长等特点,可作为面中部年轻化、微创化手术的最佳选择。Objective To study the analysis through an external remove pouch operation at the same time,also can correct the wrinkles appear facial aging,orbital fat is prominent,lower eyelid skin flabby,nasolabial sulcus deepening change and so on.Methods To choose between September 2010 and September 2010,in the hospital treatment of 32 cases of patients with facial plastic surgery,surgery way external remove eye bags to choose surgery,simultaneously under the periosteum central suspension technology of minimally invasive surface anti-wrinkle,lax facial aging problems to improve.Results 31 cases （96.88％） is very satisfied with the effect of postoperative patients,patients＇ facial aging relaxation problem has improved,next pouch become flat,disappear pouch,wrinkles and facial tend to be younger,1 case of 32 cases of patients （3.12％） patients of postoperative nasolabial sulcus improvement effect is not satisfied with,the use of autologous fat transplantation filling nasolabial sulcus,for patients with postoperative effect is satisfied.Conclusion This method is simple and high security,small trauma,quick recovery,effect duration is long,etc,can be used as the best choice for mid the younger,minimally invasive surgery.
