乳头基底组织填充及外牵引联合应用矫正中重度乳头内陷

摘　　要：目的：介绍一种矫正中、重度乳头内陷的新方法.方法：采用乳头基底组织充填,加强乳头深面的支撑组织,同时结合持续牵引法,促使乳头下支撑组织增生,形成一定的纤维组织,封闭乳头内陷的空间,维持乳头突出度.结果：16例患者,29个乳头,术后随访6个月～2年,均获得满意疗效.结论：该术式矫正乳头内陷,具有切口少,损伤小,操作简单易行、效果稳定和并发症少等优点.Objective To introduce a new method to correct the moderate and severe inverted nipple.Methods Filling by nipple base organization,strengthen the nipple on the surface of the deep support organization,combined with continuous traction method at the same time,encourage support under the nipple tissue hyperplasia,formation of fibrous tissue,nipple retraction,closed space,maintain the papillary projection.Results 16 patients （29 inverted nipples） were followed up after the operation for 6 months to 2 years,all the inverted nipples were corrected uneventfully to the patients＇ satisfaction.Conclusion Comparing to traditional methods,correcting inverted nipple by the introduced methods demonstrates the advantages fewer incision and damage,simple operation,stable effect and less complications.
