调Q532激光治疗脂溢性角化病76例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨调Q532激光治疗脂溢性角化病的临床安全性及有效性.方法：选取来笔者医院治疗的脂溢性角化病患者150例,随机分为两组.对照组：75例,采用液氮冷冻治疗;观察组：75例,采用调Q532激光治疗,依据患者皮损厚度、部位选择合适的治疗参数（能量密度7.0～ 9.0J/cm2、光斑大小2 ～ 4mm、频率2～4Hz）对皮损均匀照射,治疗4周后进行疗效判定.结果：观察组治疗1～2次痊愈率（98.72％）明显高于对照组（52.61％）（P＜0.05）,差异有统计学意义;色素沉着率（8.51％）明显低于对照组（26.97％）（P＜0.05）,差异有统计学意义.结论：调Q532激光治疗脂溢性角化病较液氮冷冻治疗更加安全、可靠,值得临床推广应用.Objective To study the clinical safety and efficacy of the Q532 laser on seborrheic keratosis.Methods To choose seborrheic cornification patients 150 cases from our hosptial,randomly divided into two groups,75 cases in control group were treated with liquid nitrogen frozen,75 cases in observation group were treated with adjustable Q532 laser,according to patients＇ skin thickness choose appropriate treatment parameters （energy density of 7.0～9.0 J/cm2,light spot size 2～4 mm,2～4Hz frequency） on the skin evenly.Then determined the efficacy after 4 weeks treatment.Results the cure rate of observation group therapy for 1 to 2 times （98.72％） was significantly higher than control group （52.61％） （P＜0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Color sink rate（8.51％）was significantly lower than the control group （26.97％） （P＜0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of seborrheic keratosis with adjustable Q532 lasers is more safe and reliable than liquid nitrogen frozen,is worth to promote in the clinical practice.
