摘  要:目的:探讨共轭亚油酸(CLA)同分异构体对大鼠体重、肝重量、肝脂肪量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、血结合球蛋白和肝脂肪酸组成的影响。方法:将大鼠分为对照组和治疗组,分别接受无CLA饮食(fa/fa control)和0.4%CLA同分异构体饮食(fa/fa 9,11CLA、fa/fa 10,12CLA)治疗8周。搜集大鼠肝组织后,测定肝重量、肝脂肪量;检测治疗前后大鼠的体重和血清TC、TG和结合球蛋白;用气象色谱法分析肝的脂肪酸成分。结果:治疗组大鼠中fa/fa 10,12 CLA组在摄食量、体重、肝重量、结合球蛋白与fa/fa 9,11CLA组和对照组比较无显著性差异;与fa/fa 9,11 CLA组比,fa/fa 10,12 CLA组TC明显升高(P<0.05)。与fa/fa 9,11CLA组和对照组比,fa/fa 10,12 CLA组TG明显升高(P<0.05),显著降低肝脂肪量(P<0.01);肝中各脂肪酸的变化:fa/fa 10,12CLA组与对照组比C18:0水平升高(P<0.05),与fa/fa 9,11CLA组和对照组组比,C18:1n9水平降低(P<0.05)。结论:t10,c12 CLA能明显升高血TG水平,显著降低肝脂肪量和脂肪酸中的C18:1n9水平,对脂肪肝有缓解作用。Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on body weight, liver weight, liver fat content, serum cholesterol (Chol), triglyeerides (TG) and hepatoglobin and fatty acid composition of liver phospholipids and neutral lipid. Methods: Adult old male Zueker rats were randomely assigned into the control group without CLA and treatment groups given 0.4% (w/w) cis-9,trans-ll CLA(fa/fa c9,tll CLA) or trans-10,cis-12 CLA (fa/fa tl0, e12 CLA) respectively for 8 weeks. Fasting serum biochemistry was used to determine the concentration of serum Chol,TG and hepatoglobin. Gas chromatography was used to analysize the fatty acid composti- tion of liver phospholipids and neutral lipid. Results : tl0, c12 CLA did not affect the body weight, liver weight and hepaticglobin. Compared with c9, tl 1 CLA group, tl0, c12 CLA had higher Chol levels. Compared with control and c9 ,tl 1 CLA group, tl0 ,c12 CLA group had higher TG levels ,but lower liver fat content. Compared with control group, tl0, c12 CLA had lower C18:1n9 level in neutrol TG. Con- clusion : tl0,cl2 CLA do not affect the body weight, liver weight, Chol and hepaticglobin, tl0,cl2 CLA can increase TG levels, but attenuate the fatty liver through decreased liver fat content.
