摘　　要：利用苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(ST-MMA)对水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液进行共混改性,研究了共混体系的稳定性、黏度、胶膜性能、相容性以及乳液的微观结构。结果表明:共混乳液中ST-MMA乳胶粒部分进入PU乳胶粒内部形成核壳结构,使共混体系呈现部分相容、体系黏度降低、力学性能提高等情况;当共混比例为ST-MMA/PU=15:85时,共混乳液的各项性能佳。WPu emulsion was modified by the ST - MMA emulsion blending. The stability, viscosity, properties of films the compatibility and microstructure of the blending emulsion were studied. It shows that the partial emulsion particles of ST - MMA diffuse into the spherical structure of PU emulsion particles, and the blending system is partial compatible, the viscosity decrea- ses, mechanical properties are improved. Moreover the emulsion blends have best performance when the blend ratio is ST - MMA/ PU = 15：85.
