摘 要:摘要:采用无转子发泡流变仪系统研究了不同温度对顺丁橡胶(BR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)/天然橡胶(Nit)发泡材料的硫化及发泡特性的影响,并采用自由发泡法和模压法制备了不同压力下的发泡材料。结果表明,随着温度的增加,最大发泡速率也不断增加且提前,硫化速率都滞后于发泡速率,150℃时两者相差最小为44s;随着温度的增加,密度和交联密度均呈下降趋势,140~150℃急剧下降,DSC测试表明,这是由于OBS11大量分解释并释放热量所致;不同压力的SEM表明,该发泡材料是一种具有较大泡孔镶嵌在较小的泡孔丛中的两个尺寸层次的泡沫结构材料,自由发泡的平均泡孔直径是模压法的5.7~13.9倍,泡孔壁是模压法的4.7~10.7倍,单位体积内泡孔数比模压法少2~3个数量级。随着压力的增加,发泡密度,拉仲强度、定伸应力,断裂仲长率及直角撕裂强度均不断增加。The effect of different temperatures on the vulcanization and foaming characteristics of the blends of 1,4-cis polybutadiene rubbers (BR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), and natural rubber (NR) foams were investigated by foam force rheometer. The rubber fbams were prepared by compression molding and free foam techniques. The results show that the pressure is increased gradually, and the maximum foaming rate and cure rate are increased and shift to earlier with the increasing of temperature. The time of the maximum foaming rate is ealier than that of the maximum cure rate. The two rates at 150℃ are the closest than those of other temperatures, which is only 44 seconds. With the increasing of temperature, density and crosslinking density are both decreased, and they decrease sharply between 140℃ and 150℃, DSC indicates that it is because of OBSH decomposition releasing to large amount of heat. SEM shows that the large ceils inlay among the small ceils with various pressures. The cell size by free foams is 5.7-13.9 times than that of compression molding, the cell wall by free foams is 4.7-10.7 times than that of compression molding, and the cell density is 2-3 order of magnitudes smaller by free foams than that of compression molding. With the increasing of pressures, tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at break and tear strength are all increased.
