摘　　要：为了解决在日常消光水靴产品生产工艺过程中,经常发生硫化水靴消光效果不一致,严重影响消光水靴外观质量稳定的问题,优化了胶料配方,合理设定了设备工艺参数,制得的消光水靴外观质量稳定,光泽柔和,手感舒适,定伸强度高。In order to solve the problem of the inconformity of extinction effect during vulcanization occurred frenquently which affected on the appearance quality stability of extinction boot seriously in the daily production process, the rubber product tbrmulation was optimized and the equipment process parameters were set reasonably. The finished rainboots possesses steady appearance quality, soft gloss, comfortable hand-feeling and high elongation strength.
