摘 要:在机组上进行推力轴承试验是困难的,而且花费巨大,但在设计阶段进行试验研究却是可行的。为了优化溧阳机组弹性油箱支撑的双向推力轴承的结构和参数,比较稳妥的研究方法是在推力轴承试验台上进行模拟试验。在哈尔滨大电机研究所的3000t推力轴承试验台上进行了溧阳双向巴氏合金瓦推力轴承的1:1模拟试验,测量了油膜的厚度、压力、温度分布和轴承损耗,保证了机组运行的可靠性。Testing a thrust bearing of a unit already in operation is difficult and costly. Howe-/er, investigation can be carried out during design. In order to optimize the structure and parameters of bi-directional thrust beating with an elastic oil tank supporting system ~f Liyang pumped-storage hydro-generating unit, a better way of investigating the thrust bearing is to carry out simulation experiments on a test stand. The bi-directional thrust bearing with Babbitt layered pads for Liyang Unit was tested on the 3000t thrust beating test stand of Harbin Electric Machinery Co. Ltd.. The test results, including temperature distribution, thickness and pressure distribution of oil film, losses measurement, ensured the reliable operation according to the requirements of Liyang technical specifications.
