摘　　要：本文介绍ALSTOM水轮机导叶连接板在导叶操作机构中的作用,阐述了导叶连接板制动螺栓预紧力计算及工装接力器油压的计算。详细描述了导叶连接板摩擦力矩现场试验准备及过程,给其他机组现场摩擦试验提供很好的借鉴与指导作用。This paper introduces wicket gate handle＇s function in turbine distributor of ALSTOM units, and describes the calculation of its braking screws pre-stressing and the tool servomotor pre-stressing oil value, and describes in detail the wicket gate handle friction torque site test procedure, which can be a good guideline for other units＇ wicket gate friction torque site test.
