摘　　要：5800kW无刷励磁机是上海电气电站设备有限公司发电机厂在合资技术基础上,自主开发设计的为核电半速1100MW等级发电机组配套的大容量无刷励磁机。本文介绍了5800kW无刷励磁机设计原则、主要结构特点、关键工艺和试验结果。工厂型式试验结果表明该型号的无刷励磁机的研制非常成功,具有优良的性能和可靠的设计结构,达到国际先进水平。5800kW brushless exciter is a large capacity exciter providing excitation to nuclear and half speed ll00MW class generator. The paper gives a survey of design philosophy, main conslruction features, key process and test results of 5800kW brushless exciter which is optimized based on joint venture by Shanghai Electric Power Generation Equipment Co. Ltd Generator Works. The factory proto-test shows that it is a great success in developing and manufacturing this type of brushless exciter with good performance and reliable construction, and it reaches an advanced international level.
