摘 要:目的观察多功能超声清创术对慢性难愈性创面细菌清除率及愈合的影响。方法筛选60例患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组予超声清创后用碘伏消毒包扎;对照组用生理盐水清创后用碘伏消毒包扎;第一次清创前后各留取细菌标本。结果治疗组细菌清除率为90.48%,对照组为66.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗两周后,治疗组创面愈合率为45.83%,对照组为19.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组创面愈合率优于对照组。结论多功能超声清创仪可明显减轻创面"细菌负荷",减少炎症反应,从而达到明显促进创面愈合的效果。Objective To observe the effect of multi-functional ultrasonic debridement instrument on bacteria cleaning and therapeutic effect in chronic wounds. Methods 60 patients were selected with chronic wounds were randomly divided into two groups, namely experimental group and control group, experimental group with povidone-iodine disinfection bandage after thorough debridement disinfected with improved ultrasonic debridement instrument; control group disinfected with povidone-iodine dressings after flushed with saline; We collected bacterial specimens before and after the first debridement. Detecting bacteria content before and after wound debridement, and observed wound healing effects. Results The average bacterial clearance rate of the experimental group is 90. 48%, control group is 66. 67%, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the chronic wound reduction rate of experimental group is 45.83% , and the control group is 19.89%, the difference was statistical- ly significant (P 〈 0. 01 ), and the peripheral inflammation of debridement group was significantly decreased than the control group. Conclusion Multi-ultrasonic debridement instrument could alleviate "bacterial load", quickly reduce inflammation, obviously promote wound healing.
