摘　　要：瑞芬太尼作为一种人工合成的超短效阿片类药物,广泛应用于临床麻醉,但持续输注瑞芬太尼可诱发痛觉过敏。右美托咪定是一种高选择性的α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、抗焦虑和镇痛等作用。近年有研究报道右美托咪定可抑制瑞芬太尼诱发的痛觉过敏,本文将就相关研究进行综述。Remifentanil is a synthetic ultra-short-effect opioid drugs. It has been widely used in clinical anesthesia. However, a continuous infusion of remifentanil may induce hyperalgesia. Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective α2-ad- renoceptor agonist, providing sedation, antianxi-ety and analgesia. Recent studies have reported dexmedetomidine can inhibit hy- peralgesia induced by remifentanil, the relevant studies were reviewed.
