摘　　要：建立了一种同时测定猪肉中4种氟喹诺酮类药物残留量的固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱法。样品经磷酸缓冲液提取两次,离心合并上清液。用C18固相萃取柱净化,流动相洗脱定容,高效液相色谱荧光检测器测定,外标法定量。结果表明,环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星、达氟沙星的最低检出限分别为0.004、0.004、0.004、0.0008mg/kg,方法相对标准偏差为1.3%~3.8%。平均回收率为91%~99%。A method for simultaneously determining residues of ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin,enrofloxa- cin and sarafloxacinin mutton were established by high performance liquid chromatography. The samples were extracted through homogenization twice. The supernatant of the extract was used onto a C18 solid phase extraction cartridge for clean-up performing with fluorescence detector . Under the selected condi- tions, the detection limits were 0. 004mg/kg for ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin and sarafloxacin, and 0. 0008 mg/kg for danofloxacin. The relative standard deviations were 1.3 ~^-3.8%,and average recoveries were in the range of 91^-99~.
