摘  要:高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析过程中,流动相的脱气效果直接影响仪器的运行状态。本文对流动相的脱气模式进行考察与优化,以水为流动相,应用溶氧仪对不同的流动相脱气模式、水中溶氧量的变化进行定量测定,得出超声脱气法、真空抽滤法和在线真空脱气法3种脱气模式下水中溶氧量的变化规律。重点考察了在线真空脱气机脱气效率随时间变化及不同流速条件下的脱气规律。并对脱气模式的操作过程进行了优化。本文对高效液相色谱分析具有参考意义。Degassing impact of mobile phase affects instrument function state directly, during the anal- ysis of HPLC. In this paper, a method was developed to review and optimize degassing mode of mobile phase, with water as mobile phase and oxygen as target. Dissolved oxygen meter was used for mensuration changing disciplinarian of oxygen content in water with different degassing mode of mobile phase. Chan- ging disciplinarian of oxygen content in water was got by ultrasound method, vacuum filtration method and on-line vacuum degassing method. It was important to test changing disciplinarian with time changing and different velocity of flow. and operation process of degassing mode was optimized, the result has reference significance for HPLC analysis.
